Grey9 Art Society operates international artist open calls and curated online exhibitions. In this policy, “Grey9,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Grey9 Art Society.

When you enter an open call, contact us, or confirm exhibition participation, we may collect your name, email address, country or location, website or social link, artist statement, biography, artwork images, titles, dates, mediums, dimensions, pricing or NFS status, payment confirmation, and the content of messages you send.

When you use the website, technical information may be collected through cookies and similar technologies, including IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, dates, times, and interactions with the site. Cookie collection depends on your choices and the technologies active on the site.

We use information to receive and review entries; communicate with artists; administer selections, payments, exhibitions, certificates, and archives; operate and secure the website; respond to questions; understand website performance; prevent misuse; maintain records; and comply with legal obligations.
Artwork and public exhibition information
If you are selected and choose to participate, your artist name, supplied biography or statement, artwork image, title, medium, dimensions, year, and related credit information may be displayed publicly in the exhibition, archive, editorial coverage, email, and promotional materials.
Forms and service providers
Grey9 uses service providers to operate its website and process information. Entry forms may be provided through Fillout, which processes form responses on our behalf. We may also use website hosting, email, payment, analytics, security, and cookie-consent providers. These providers receive information only as needed to perform services for Grey9 and are subject to their own privacy terms.

The website is not directed to children under 13. Artists who are not legally able to consent in their location should enter only with permission and involvement from a parent or legal guardian.
