Apply to Grey9 Art Society’s online group exhibition. Artists worldwide, at any career stage, may submit one to three original artworks in any visual medium or style. There is no set theme and no entry fee.

Artists at every career stage are welcome. This is an online exhibition. No shipping is required.
What to submit
- Up to three original artworks created by you
- One clear JPG or PNG image per artwork, with up to three artwork images total
- For each artwork: title, year created, medium, dimensions, and a price or NFS (not for sale)
- Your name, country, email address, and optional website. Use an email address you check regularly for selection and payment correspondence.
Painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, installation, mixed media, collage, digital art, illustration, printmaking, textile, fiber art, and other visual practices are welcome.
Monthly dates & deadlines
Submissions close on the 15th of every month, and the exhibition opens on the 24th of that same month. Use the schedule below to plan your entry and participation.

Complete your entry with up to three artwork images and the requested artwork details before the monthly submission deadline.
- 16th of each month
First notification
Selected artists receive an email invitation. The $25 exhibition fee is requested at this stage; payment is required only if you choose to participate.
- 19th of each month
Payment deadline
Artists invited on the 16th must pay the $25 exhibition fee by the 19th to confirm their participation.
- 24th of each month
Exhibition opens
The selected works are presented in the online group exhibition. No physical artwork shipment is required; exhibitions are archived online for six months.

$25 exhibition fee
Entry is free. Selected artists receive their first invitation by email on the 16th of the month. If you accept the invitation, pay the $25 exhibition fee by the 19th. Submitting work does not guarantee selection.
The fee supports the judging setup, exhibition administration, and professional marketing services.

Who reviews
your work.
Submissions are reviewed by the Grey9 Art Society team alongside anonymous guest jurors drawn from artists, curators, and other art professionals.
Artwork inquiries
Grey9 forwards purchase inquiries to the artist so you can discuss the purchase directly. Works marked NFS are not for sale.
