Grey9 Art Society organizes curated online group exhibitions for visual artists worldwide. We believe an artist’s work deserves to be considered for its ideas, originality, and individual voice.

being invisible.
Art can emerge at any stage of life, through formal training or independent exploration. A following, a résumé, or a sales history cannot tell the whole story of an artist’s work.
Grey9 was founded to create opportunities for artists to share that work through thoughtfully curated online exhibitions. We welcome different backgrounds, mediums, and ways of seeing, with free submission and clear information about participation.
Our founding exhibition marks the beginning of that work. We’re building a place where new perspectives can meet an audience.

Our name reflects an openness to complexity, curiosity, and possibility.

The space between black and white. A reminder that art can hold uncertainty, invite questions, and offer more than one way of seeing.

How work
is considered.
Submissions are reviewed by the Grey9 Art Society team alongside anonymous guest jurors drawn from artists, curators, and other art professionals.
Our philosophy places value on originality, craftsmanship, and authentic artistic vision. We look for work with personality, curiosity, and an individual point of view, rather than treating popularity as a measure of artistic value.
Artists at every career stage are welcome to submit. Selection is curated, so submitting work does not guarantee a place in an exhibition.

Know what participation means.
Selected artists decide whether to accept. The $25 exhibition fee supports the judging setup, exhibition administration, and professional marketing services.
A shared space for original work.
Selected works are presented online and exhibitions are archived for six months. Purchase inquiries are forwarded to the artist for direct discussion.
